Clash of Clans enthusiasts can now rejoice as a new feature has been introduced in the mobile game. Players can now create a new village within COC, known as the Builder Base. Similar to our main village, in this new village, we make placements according to our Builder Hall. These placements have sparked curiosity among players. Therefore, we’ve decided to share Clash of Clans Builder Base 5 layouts for various Builder Hall levels. Let’s start with the layout for Builder Hall level 5 in 2024!
Clash of Clans Builder Base 5: Layout Model 1
Unlike the three different layouts we can provide for main villages in Clash of Clans, we won’t be able to provide the same variety for Builder Bases. This is because the objective in Builder Bases is fixed compared to other villages. In our Builder Base, we engage in live battles with our opponents. The loot we gain from this battle is determined based on our trophies, not from loot collectors during the battle. Hence, we will share defense-oriented layouts that cover various scenarios.

Layout Strategy:
- Place the Builder Hall at the center of the city.
- Position the Guard Post beneath the Builder Hall, Crusher above the Builder Hall, and Multi Mortar to the left of our Builder Hall.
- Divide the Builder Base into three parts to keep our defense alive against attacks from all directions.
- Position Archer Towers around the Builder Hall.
- Place Cannons and Firecrackers on the right and left sides, respectively.

Clash of Clans Builder Base 5: Layout Model 2
In this model, we deviate a bit from the previous layout but maintain the same defensive logic. Once again, place the Builder Hall at the center of the city as mentioned in the previous model. Surround it with Firecrackers and the Multi Mortar. This time, we don’t separate our defenses. Position Cannons at the four corners surrounding our city. Arrange Archer Towers diagonally across from each other. Place Hidden Tesla defense unit next to the Builder Hall, and strategically place traps where walls are insufficient to deter opponents.
